- Call our office to schedule an appointment for yourself and your family members. It’s that simple!
- Tell me more about these discounts – how does it all work?
- Your membership can include routine eye exams, and we’ll discount prescription and nonprescription eyewear and contacts (ask for details as some exclusions may apply). There are no caps, no maximums, and no insurance company getting in the way of your eye care!
- Can I add family members to my account?
- Yes! You can add family members when you enroll in the membership plan, or at any time after.

- Your full name, phone number, email address, date of birth, and payment information are required when signing up for a membership plan.
